Rollin' With The Homies...

So, I got out of work at 6 and went to the grocery store. I had some stuff in my fridge that needed to be used tonight or I'd have to throw it out...and let's be serious, I'm too cheap to throw things out. So I found this recipe Cheesy Lasagna Rolls and decided to have some fun. I of course adapted it a little...


I had a hard time boiling the noodles, because my pot is too small!

Lay noodles on CLEAN countertop!
Spread some ricotta...


Next is the sauce...I had some Onion/Garlic pasta sauce in the cabinet, so you know that's what I used...
This spinach almost went bad...I also found some basil in the same condition so on the pasta it went!

Veggie Sausage!? Tastes so good...
