on a happy note: my boyfriend comes home today! I was so excited that I couldn't sleep last night!
on a healthy note:
- I bought a grinder. I ground my flaxseeds and have been adding them (along with my goji berries) to my morning oatmeal!
- I went to the gym on Friday and did a nice long(ish) run on Saturday. I wish I was healthy all the time, but it seems to come in phases.
- I have been making fruit (and protein) smoothies a lot lately! So tasty!
- I love cashew nut butter! I have a recipe for homemade walnut butter...maybe this will save me some money!
- I love fruit!
- I ate a whole avocado yesterday, oops...I only planned on having half in a salad, but it was so good that I had to make another!
- Now, I just need to keep going to the gym...
Is it 5:30 yet!?!?!?

ReplyDeletemy paranoia about PB runs deep...and cashew butter is delicious. Actually, come to think of it...I had PB in my coldstone ice cream a few weeks ago. I'm probably just crazy...
